No refunds on ebooks
Because our ebooks are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you're unsure about a book, read the free preview on its page before buying.
Resending your download
Lost your link or it expired? Request a resend via our contact form or by replying to your order confirmation email, and we'll send fresh download links to the email you used at checkout.
Payment and delivery
Payment and download are processed the same day. Once your payment goes through, your download links appear immediately and are emailed to you.
Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you were charged twice for the same book, contact us with your order email and we'll sort it out.
